Shipping Methods

Standard delivery includes nationwide LTL shipping to available loading dock or curbside commercial address within the continental USA. For smaller packages, Fedex or UPS ground shipping will be used.

$150.00 flat rate delivery fee per order. Free Shipping is available on all orders over $2,500.00.

We also offer Free shipping on all chairs and seating.

Additional delivery services are available for a surcharge including: Lift-gate, Inside Delivery, Residential Deliver, Non-Commercial Delivery, and Limited Access Delivery.

Delivery Time

Our typical lead time is 5-10 business days for in stock items.

Warranty 

Products are warranted to be free from defects in design, material and workmanship under normal use and care. Most casegoods items include between a 10 year - Lifetime Limited Warranty. Most seating items include between a 2 year - Lifetime Limited Warranty. If further information is required, please contact us for detailed product specific warranty length and coverage.

Returns

We will allow returns for product return/exchange on stock items and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) with the following stipulations:

  •  A Restocking fee may apply, please contact us for product specific information.
  •  Shipping charges are prepaid by customer.
  •  Product is new in original carton.
  •  RMA must be requested within 14 days of delivery and product returned within 30 days of RMA issue date.
  •  Credit will not be issued if product is returned damaged.
  •  No returns will be accepted on custom orders.

Damage Claims

In the event an order is received damaged or defective, we will administer the filing of claims if the order is shipped via our designated carriers. All claims must be filed within 5 calendar days of receipt of goods. Claim will be disputed if product is moved from original ‘ship to’ location. The following documents are required to file a claim:

  •  Copy of bill of lading with notations for any visible damages, refusals, or shortages. 
  •  Digital photos of Damage to carton and product.
  •  Please insure careful Inspection of all items upon arrival, any claims made after signed delivery completion will not qualify for replacement.
